The Holiday Club Kuusamo is a modern holiday complex set in a forest landscape, five kilometres from the centre of the lakeside town of Kuusamo. The 123 air conditioned guestrooms are spread over three floors and have contemporary decor in cream and charcoal with dark wood furnishings. All guestrooms include satellite television, desks, minibars, telephones, and bathrooms with bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and hair dryers.
In the sports bar, guests can sample a wide choice of beers and ciders by an open fire, and enjoy live music, karaoke and televised sport. Diners can sample Finnish cuisine in the restaurant. The pool area offers two jetted spas, a sun cave, a 45 metre long water slide with tunnels, a ten metre wide massaging waterfall, water massage points and an inviting pool bar. For younger guests there is children's pool as well as supervised baby swimming sessions. In the beauty centre, guests can enjoy pampering massages, aromatherapy and heat and clay treatments, and herbal baths. Guests can challenge each other at bowling, tennis and badminton. Numerous activities are available in the area, including hikes, safaris, wilderness trips, hunting and fishing, horse riding, and shooting the rapids. A golf course can be found 15 kilometres away, and Ruka ski resort is 20 kilometres away. Kuusamo Airport is five kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of ten minutes.

Driving directions: From the airport, drive in the direction of Kuusamo, left from the first junction. After three kilometres there is a traffic circle, turn to the right from the circle. After one kilometre there is a sign to the right for Kuusamon Tropiiki.
