Location. The H�tel de S�ze is located in the centre of the historic French city of Bordeaux, 300 metres from the boutique shopping of Cours de l'Intendance and 500 metres from La Garonne River. Bordeaux M�rignac Airport (BOD) is ten kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. This four storey hotel occupies a handsome 18th century townhouse located in a historic neighbourhood. The H�tel de S�ze's public areas offer wireless Internet access and complimentary newspapers are on offer in the lobby.
Breakfast is served each morning (surcharge) in one of the two lounges, which are decorated with 18th century antiques and wood panelling. During fine weather, breakfast can be served on the H�tel de S�ze's terrace, which overlooks the Allees de Tourny.
Guestrooms. The 24 guestrooms at H�tel de S�ze are individually decorated in earthy or pastel shades and feature simple, modern furnishings. Standard amenities include satellite television, complimentary wireless Internet, direct dial phones and minibars. All rooms offer complimentary newspapers.
Expert Tip. Those with a sweet tooth will want to hunt down some Canneles de Bordeaux. These little cakes (or are they cookies?), crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside, are said to have been invented by nuns over two centuries ago. Yummy]

From Bordeaux M�rignac Airport (BOD):
Distance to H�tel de S�ze is ten kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport to Bordeaux cost about 20 EUR. Every 45 minutes, a Jet Bus shuttle service runs to St Jean train station and Bordeaux city centre. The journey takes about 30 to 45 minutes and costs 6 EUR for a single ticket. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The Old Town is compact and easy to explore on foot. An extensive network of trams and buses serves the city.
