Location.The Hotel Altis Val Vert is an alpine style hotel comprising of three separate chalets, located 45 metres from the resort centre and 100 metres from the Olympic cable car which connects to the rest of Les Trois Vallees area. Lyon Saint Exupery (Satolas) Airport is 155 kilometres from the hotel, around 120 minutes by car.
Hotel Features.Ski storage is available and complimentary parking is offered to those arriving by car. Guests are greeted by multilingual staff, and can use complimentary access to a spa centre opposite the hotel which has a sauna, a steam room and a hot tub.
Le Val Vert is a candlelit restaurant with seating extending to the flower filled terrace, and serves a variety of local dishes and fish specialities accompanied by a wine list. Vegetarian and children's menus are available. Half board guests are offered a complimentary breakfast and four course dinner.
The hotel is located 100 metres from the nearest ski lift in the resort of Brides Les Bains, part of the Les Trois Vallees ski area. The area is located at an altitude of 600 3200 metres and features 328 ski runs, including 37 black runs, covering a total distance of 600 kilometres. There is a total of 120 kilometres of cross country skiing trails in the area, and off piste skiing is available. Ski equipment can be hired from shops located in the resort centre, and there are bars, restaurants and clubs.
Guestrooms. The hotel features 35 guestrooms in three separate chalets with light decor. All extend to balconies and include cable television, direct dial phones, Internet connections (surcharge), bathrobes, hair dryers and bathrooms.
Expert Tip. Bikes can be carried on the Olympic Cable Car, 100 metres from the hotel, which connects Brides Les Bains with the rest of Les Trois Vallees area. During the summer months dozens of excellent marked mountain bike trails can be found, and there is also a circuit where experienced cyclists can practice acrobatic jumps (similar to ski jumps in winter).

Getting there.Trains run from the airport's TGV station and serve many national French destinations. The nearest train station to the hotel is Moutiers, six kilometres away. A taxi rank is located in front of Terminal One, level one. A taxi desk is also located on level one in the central hall. For Lyon city centre, the airport shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes departing from bus stop number one; a return ticket costs around 15 EUR. The Olympic cable car connects Brides Les Bains to other resorts in Les Trois Vallees area. The resort itself can be explored on foot and the nearest train station is in Moutiers, six kilometres away.
Driving directions.From Lyon, Geneva or Chamb�ry follow the motorway until Albertille and then the 'rapid way' until Moutiers. Brides Les Bains is six kilometres from here.
