The Residence LVR Les Terrasses du Lac is a traditional style two and three floor apartment complex overlooking Lake Geneva, 300 metres from the town hall and 15 kilometres from Thollon les Memises. This hotel features 100 apartments with light decor and wood furnishings. All offer balconies, televisions and housekeeping. Kitchenettes have cookware, dishes, microwaves and refrigerators. There are shared bathrooms.
Guests can start the day with the hotel's breakfast services, swim in the outdoor pool, and relax in the sauna, while the kids are kept amused in the children's pool. Lake Geneva is host to many water sports activities during the warmer months, including sailing and rafting, while practical hotel amenities include a front desk with multilingual staff, an elevator, and free onsite parking for those arriving by car. The complex is in an excellent position to explore the surrounding area; solar powered boat rides are available to the colonial style villa of Pr� Curieux Jardins de l'Eau located on the lakeside. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk along the promenade with its lawns, flowers and exotic trees, just 300 metres away. The area is also famous for its Evian mineral water and home to many spa facilities, one of which is just 700 metres away. Geneva International Airport is approximately 71 kilometres from the hotel, 80 minutes drive.

The airport railway station is 300 metres from the Departures and Arrivals floors; trains stop at Geneva Cornavin (city centre) and run every 20 minutes. Aero Ski Bus also provides services from the airport to many of the French ski stations. The nearest train station to the hotel is Evian. The area is best travelled by car, on foot or by bicycle.
Driving directions: From the airport take the RN5 via Switzerland, and exit at Villeneuve 25 kilometres away.
