The Anis Hotel in Nice is a terracotta painted modern hotel set in the Nice Hills, located 500 meters from the sandy beach and the Mediterranean and four kilometers from the center of the town. The 42 guestrooms are set over two floors and feature modern decor with bright Provencal fabrics set against pastel colored walls. All include complimentary Internet access, minbars air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial phones, hair dryers, safes and minibars.
The tree lined pool is adjacent to a bar, where drinks and snacks are served (seasonal). Guests at the Anis Hotel can relax after a day of sightseeing in the air conditioned lobby and watch television. For those on business, conference and meeting rooms with audio visual equipment are available.
While staying at the Anis Hotel, Nice, drivers will appreciate the complimentary parking spaces on site. The hotel restaurant, L'Amour Est Dans Le Four serves regional specialties in a pared down dining room, with modern French d�cor with tables topped with crisp white linen. In summer, a large terracotta terrace is open for alfresco dining. The Lounge Bar is a relaxed setting of light colored alcoves with contemporary rattan chairs and bright furnishings. The International Airport is less than two kilometers from the hotel.

SNCF national train services run to/from the airport every 30 minutes from Cannes Gare St Laurent du Var, and every 45 minutes from Nice, Gare Nice Ville. Taxis are readily available to all destinations; taxi stands are located outside both terminals. Bus 23 can be taken from outside Terminal 1 to the vicinity of the hotel.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow signs for Terminal 1. Exit and stay on the right of Promenade des Anglais. After the traffic lights, head straight until reaching the end of Docteur Roux Street. Turn right into St Augustin Street. At the traffic lights, turn left into Laterne Avenue and go over the crossroad. Hotel Anis is 100 meters on the right.
