Location. The Hotel Acropole is a six storey Riviera style property with shuttered windows located in the centre of Nice, 800 metres from the old town and one kilometre from Promenade des Anglais. Nice International Airport is six kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
Hotel Features. The Hotel Acropole's sunny patio provides a tranquil spot to unwind over drinks, while tea and pastries are served in the lounge. The concierge is on hand to advise on tourist attractions in the area and make restaurant reservations. Other amenities include a 24 hour front desk, around the clock room service and complimentary Internet access is public areas. Motorists will find parking facilities (surcharge) on site.
Guestrooms. The 119 guestrooms are traditionally decorated in soft shades with light, wooden furnishings and come equipped with cable television, VCRs, high speed Internet ports, clock radios, direct dial phones, minibars and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include showers, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.
Expert Tip. Known as the capital of the Riveria, Nice is renowned for its museums and galleries, including the Chagall Museum, one kilometre away, which houses a series of paintings illustrating the Old Testament. The Henri Matisse museum is home to a large collection of the Fauvist sculptor and painter's work.

Getting there. SNCF national train services run to/from the airport every 45 minutes from Nice (Gare Nice Ville). Gare Nice Ville is 900 metres from the hotel. Taxis are readily available and charge around 30 EUR to the hotel; taxi stands are located outside both terminals. Motorway tolls may be added to the fare.
Driving directions. From the airport, drive along the Promenade des Anglais. Continue straight on for six kilometres, then turn left after Albert Park. Drive through Massena square, then turn left and continue to the end of Alberti Street. The hotel is located on the corner of Alberti Street and Dubouchage Boulevard.
